Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soul skin and laser Site and services and form a binding contractual agreement between you (You, Your) and Soul skin and laser ABN: 46989975450 (we, us). By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you have had a sufficient opportunity to read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not continue to use the Site. These terms were created April 2023.

General disclaimer

Our Site is intended for general education, information and online booking purposes only. Nothing on our Site purports to offer specific cosmetic, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Use caution and always seek professional health or medical advice before acting on any information that we provide online.

Soul skin and laser will make recommendations for our products and services and will provide support, guidance and tools for you to set skin care goals and achieve results, but any decision that you make is solely yours, and the consequences that flow from such decisions, is your sole responsibility.

Medical Disclaimer

Soul skin and laser prides itself on using the latest technology and safest procedures to treat all skin types at our clinic, which we select according to current medical research. Whilst we follow all safety precautions and processes, you acknowledge and agree that all medical procedures carry risks, and that all medico-cosmetic procedures involve a degree of risk albeit of varying degrees.

You acknowledge and agree that you can only proceed with a procedure or treatment with us after having obtained suitable medical advice and that in some instances, we may refuse to undertake a procedure or treat you unless you are able to evidence that you recently received that advice.

Results disclaimer

What works for one person, may not work for another. We all have different skin, we all do different things and expose our skin to different environments. Because of this, and our own genetic disposition, make up, body, skin type, and personal skin regime, we can never be 100% certain that our products or services will achieve a desired result or outcome, but we make recommendations as best we can, and with the information that we get from you.

Soul skin and laser does not guarantee and makes no express or implied warranties as to any specific results. Your success depends on many factors, including honest disclosure of your medical and health history, any prior existing medical conditions and prescribed medications, individual genetic make-up, lifestyle factors, adherence to pre- and post-treatment advice.

Prices and payments

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably we don’t accept bank cheques or American Express.

we do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments preformed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day.

Confidentiality and photography

You understand and acknowledge that Soul skin and laser may wish to obtain photographic or other digital evidence of the use and success of its goods and services from its users and clientele, for its own business, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes from time to time.

Soul skin and laser will notify you of our intention to take photographic or other digital evidence either prior to, or at the time of, your appointment with us. You are free to provide your consent or otherwise refuse to provide your consent at that time.

Under no circumstances will we obtain any photographic or other digital evidence of you during any appointment, consultation or treatment with us, without your prior written consent.

By providing your written consent you are hereby releasing any and all rights you may have to the photographic or other digital evidence and are providing Soul skin and laser the absolute right and permission to the copyright, intellectual property and other proprietary rights for the ownership, retention, use, reuse and publication of the photographic or other digital evidence whether in print or digital medium, where you may be depicted or included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, or reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise, made through any medium and in any and all media now or later known, for our own lawful business, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, whether as art, in trade or for any other legal purpose.

You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Soul skin and laser from any and all liability that arises or which may occur in obtaining the photographic or other digital evidence or any subsequent process or publication of it.

Your Indemnity

You indemnify Us from all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred or suffered by You or Us as a direct or indirect consequence of using or attempting to use our information, products, services or any breach by You or Your agents of these Terms. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, for damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within our Site or use of our products or services.

By making a booking at Soul skin and laser you agree to be bound by our booking policy.

Bookings must be made via our online booking system or by telephone on 0406 541 628 with at least 24 hours notice depending on the type of booking. If you wish to make a booking with less than 24 hours notice, you must contact us by telephone and we will try and accommodate your request, subject to availability and our policies.

All other bookings (except free skin consultations) will attract a deposit as determined by us at the time of booking and as notified to you, whether you’ve booked online, in person, or over the telephone.

A minimum deposit of $50 applies for Saturday and after business hours appointments.

You must attend your booking 10 minutes before the allocated start time to ensure that your appointment runs for its full duration. If you are running late, Soul skin and laser reserves the right to cut short your appointment time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a secured booking, you may do so without penalty provided at least 24 hours’ prior notice has been given to Soul skin and laser. If your booking was subject to a refundable deposit, that refundable deposit you have paid may be credited to the rescheduled appointment as determined by us in our sole discretion.

If you reschedule, or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your secured booking, or if you are a ‘no show’, you forfeit the appointment and you may incur a fee or be penalised. We reserve the right to determine whether to:

• Charge a cancellation fee (no greater than 50% of the booking).

• Return any deposit paid for the booking.

• Increase future deposits required for bookings.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment & to protect Soul skin and laser’s interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we implement this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all Soul skin and laser clients.

A reminder text will be sent to clients 3 days prior to your appointment. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that You provide us with a minimum of 24 hours to allow us enough time to offer that spot to another client, please phone the clinic on or email info@soulskinandlaser.com if you cannot make your booking.
