Membership payments are made weekly or fortnightly through Aglow’s secure direct debit system. This allows you to spread out the cost of your treatment plan over time.

That’s okay. We can move or reschedule your appointment within your membership period. Your therapist will help ensure your treatments stay on track. Soul Skin’s normal 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Yes. Memberships can be paused through Aglow for eligible reasons. We’ll help you submit the request if you need a temporary break.
